The 200 Hour High Vibe Yoga Teacher Training focused on Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra is divided into three modules that are spread out over the course of 21 days. You learn to teach safe and effective Hatha Yoga sequences including restoratives and breath practices, guide Yoga Nidra for children and adults and prepare classes and workshops themed in yoga philosophy.
