High Vibe Yoga is a Hatha Yoga school with refinements in meditation, pranayama, asana and philosophy.
During the training we offer 2x yoga classes a day — a morning class and an evening class.
In the morning classes, you will experience breathwork, meditation, mantra and an active Hatha Yoga practice sequenced for strength, balance and flexibility. A flow of Sun Salutations and postures are skillfully sequenced, and modifications and props are used to individualize the practice for each student.
In the evening classes, you will experience cooling Yin & Restorative sequences for deep rest and relaxation.
All classes are carefully themed to deepen the students’ experience of Yoga.
