7:45–10am  Morning Practice

10am–10:30am Light Breakfast (Included in the training)

10:30–12:30pm Experiential Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy, Art of Touch, Methodology

12:30-1:45pm Lunch Break 

1:45-3:30pm Yoga Nidra, Lifestyle & Ethics, Technique, Practicum

3:30-3:45pm Break

3:45-5pm Evening Practice
