In this 2-Day course we will explore deep relaxation techniques to improve sleep, relieve tension, boost energy and enter the current of Grace. 

DAILY SADHANA (Spiritual Practices):

Nidra (Yogic sleep meditation)
Hatha (Solar & Lunar sequences)
Pranayama (Gentle breath relaxation techniques)
Nada (Yoga of sound)
Mudra (Energy circuits)
Sangha (Community)
Herbal Tea & Dark Chocolate
Yogic Art Therapy

This course is for all ages, body shapes and genders. Everyone is welcome.
